Gut Health is an area that impacts everyone in some way. There is mixed information and plenty of 'products' being sold that claim to promote gut health.

In reality, gut health is impacted by many aspects of life including stress, hormones and of course - the food we eat. 

​

Our MNP Nutritionist, and studying Dietician Shannon has developed a program to promote gut health through healthier eating and education. 

The Gut Health Project is for you, if you:

  • Have always wondered what types of food are good and not so good for your gut health.

  • You want to know how to eat a more whole food diet with more vegetables.

  • You would like recipe inspiration for these gut health concepts. 

  • You want to learn the basics of gut health and ways to best promote it. 

  • You would like to learn about the relationship between gut health and stress, fibre, hydration, sleep and the menstrual cycle.

Shannon has developed 2 different options for The Gut Health Project, for varying levels of needs.

Option 1: Education Plan. 

You want to learn about Gut Health, but feel you can stay on track independently. 

​

Option 2: Personalised Plan.

You want to learn about Gut Health, but you also want support and accountability through challenges. You are serious about wanting stay on track and make change.

PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

Option 1:
Education Plan

Gut Health Seminar Access

  • A pre-recorded nutrition seminar by Shannon, to watch in your own time before your program starts to learn about the Gut Health basics.

  • Understand what Gut Health is, and strategies to best promote it.

  • Learn about what foods are good, and not so good for your Gut Health generally. 

  • Become educated on other aspects including stress, hydration, sleep and the menstrual cycle.

Gut Health Education Modules

  • Articles and podcasts to further your education on Gut Health.

Recipe Ideas

  • A range of recipe ideas that embody the general Gut Health concepts.

  • Veggie-rich. delicious, fun and family-friendly!

  • Calories and macos provided too. 

1-1 Nutrition Appointments

  • 30 minute call with Nutritionist Shannon, at the start and end (8-weeks) of the program to discuss your goals, struggles, food struggles and progress. 

Timeline & Investment

  • 8-weeks duration.

  • 40 per week.

Option 2: 
Personalised Plan

All Option 1 Inclusions

  • Gut Health Seminar access. 

  • Gut Health education modules.

  • Recipe Ideas. 

  • 1-1 Nutrition appointments (additional x1 appointment in Personalised Plan).

Calorie & Macro Guidance

  • Understand how MUCH food, and how much carbs, protein, fats and fibre you should be having each day. 

  • Nutrition coaching, food planning assistance and food tracking guidance by your Nutritionist. 

Weekly Check ins

  • Receive weekly advice from Shannon about your food choices, lifestyle factors, challenges and wins. 

  • All completed online.

Timeline & Investment

  • 12-weeks duration.

  • 65 per week.

Disclaimer: We will only work within our scope of a nutritionist which does not include diagnosing , monitoring or healing gut health, or gut health concerns or conditions including IBS. However we will use broad nutrition strategies to educate you on gut health and health in general.
