We don't do boring foods either. Forget the boiled broccoli and chicken, think healthy pastas, burgers, going out for cocktails - all while making progress towards your GOALS!

You want to learn about the basics of healthy eating and create a solid routine. 

You want results - whether that be for weight loss, muscle building or exercise performance. 

You need a high amount of support & communication from your coach!

1-1 Appointments

  • ​Monthly nutrition advice.

  • Work through struggles and celebrate wins. 

  • Analysis of progress in terms of weight, measurements or photos, if appropriate. 

  • Answer any questions you may have about nutrition and lifestyle.

  • Either through Google meet or over the phone.

Weekly Online Check-ins 

  • Questions to reflect on your week and mind set.

  • Advice from Nutritionist for how to improve your nutrition and motivation.

  • Ability to ask any questions you have.

Choice of Program Layout

3 Choices:

  1. Meal Plan Guide - Daily recipe ideas & shopping lists. Updated weekly. (This should be noted that this is not prescriptive and is flexible).

  2. Menu - 10 meal ideas to choose from for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (each). Updated monthly. 

  3. Tracking - Calorie and macronutrient targets to reach using My Fitness Pal, choosing your meals from the MNP Food & Recipe Database. Updated monthly.

 

*All foods given to you will consider your likes, dislikes & work schedule. Plus you'll be able to select types of meals that work for you too, eg. Eggs/Smoothies/Toast for breakfast etc.

  • Nutritionist-approved database with hundreds of recipes and snacks to choose from.

Education Modules

  • Weekly education about macro & micronutrients, calorie deficit, gut health and more.
