PROGRAM INCLUSIONS:

Goal Setting Session & Appointments

  • 45-min goal setting session at the beginning of your program.

  • Mid-Program and final appointment to give you personal nutrition advice and keep you accountable.​

  • Work through struggles and celebrate wins. 

  • Analysis of progress in terms of weight, measurements or photos, if appropriate. 

  • Lifestyle recommendations regarding water intake, training and sleep. 

  • Answer any questions you may have about nutrition and lifestyle.

  • Either in our office in Berwick, Google meet or over the phone.

Weekly Online Check-ins 

  • Questions to reflect on your week and mind set.

  • Advice from Nutritionist for how to improve your nutrition and motivation.

  • Ability to ask any questions you have.

Choice of Program Layout

3 Choices:​

  1. Meal plans - Lists exactly what to eat everyday with shopping lists. Updated weekly.

  2. Meal Options - Menu of 10 meals to choose from for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (each). Updated monthly. 

  3. Tracking - Calorie and macronutrient targets to reach using My Fitness Pal, choosing your meals from the MNP Food & Recipe Database. Updated monthly.

Education Modules

  • Nutrition knowledge about topics relevant to this program including: Motivation, food organisation, protein intake, increasing water and muscle recovery.

Timeline details

  • Start Monday 1st April [or suggest a date of your choice].

  • 12-Week duration 

Investment

  • 69 per week (includes GST).
