A "Calorie Deficit" is the amount of calories you need to consume in a day in order to lose fat mass. 

​

Essentially, you are burning more energy than what you consume in food.

 

This looks different for everyone depending on age, gender, exercise, type of work and many more factors, which is why it's important for it to be calculated by professionals (AKA us!).

This is for you, if you...

You want to work on fat loss, whether that be just toning up or losing 5-10kg. 

Would like to understand exactly how many calories and what nutrients you need to consume daily in order to lose fat. 

You want to be coached through summer and events on how to eat well, make smart decisions, continue to progress and still enjoy yourself. 

Need to find a way to see progress without hating the process, and doing it the healthy way.

PROGRAM INCLUSIONS

1-1 Appointments

  • ​Monthly advice for how to best stick to your nutrition plan. 

  • Work through struggles and celebrate wins. 

  • Analysis of progress in terms of weight, measurements or photos, if appropriate. 

  • Lifestyle recommendations regarding water intake, training and sleep. 

  • Answer any questions you may have about nutrition and lifestyle.

  • Either in our office in Berwick, Google meet or over the phone.

Fortnightly Online Check-ins 

  • Questions to reflect on your week and mind set.

  • Advice from Nutritionist for how to improve your nutrition and motivation.

  • Ability to ask any questions you have.

Choice of Program Layout

2 Choices:​

  1. Meal Options - Menu of 10 meals to choose from for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks (each). Updated monthly. 

  2. Tracking - Calorie and macronutrient targets to reach using My Fitness Pal, choosing your meals from the MNP Food & Recipe Database. Updated monthly.

Education Modules

  • Nutrition knowledge about topics relevant to this program including: Phases of weight loss, weekend eating, navigating events, alcohol & calories, and more. 

Timeline details

  • Start April 1st [or can suggest a date of your choice].

  • 12-Week duration 

Investment

  • 59 per week. 

  • Weekly or full payment available.
