Hello! I’m Charli, a qualified Registered Nutritionist with a Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and the founder of MNP, which I’ve been running since 2021.
 
I’m also a mum to a (nearly) two-year-old, so I understand firsthand the demands of a busy life!
